Dried Woodear Mushrooms
The dried woodear mushroom is also known as “cloud ear fungus”. Dried woodear mushrooms have the appearance of black trumpets with a thin and frail base and a white underside. They are most commonly used in Asian dishes for soups and stir fry adding a unique visual and texture component.
