The dried lobster mushroom is an extremely versatile mushroom that can be used in any mushroom dish. This is a firm, soft textured mushroom that goes well with baked dishes or sautéed with meat. It resembles a cooked lobster in color and has a slight seafood taste. It grows from late spring through the summer and tastes great rehydrated or fresh
